Step 1:  Contact the Office or access the website www.boxhillvietnam.edu.vn to register with the enrollment form.

Step 2: Complete the application form and accompanying documents

1. Application form in Vietnamese (obtained from the Office or download from the website)  

• Stick your photo and fill in the form with certification from the local authority .

2. Application form in English (obtained from the Office or download from the website of CITC))

• Fill in all your information in English without the authority’s certification.

3. Certified copy of High school Certificate or the temporary high school Certificate for students graduating in 2010.

4. Certified copy of birth certificate

5. Certified copy of high school transcript

6. 04 photos size 3cm*4cm (with your name and date of birth written on the back)

7.IELTS or TOEFL certificate (if available)

Step 3: Hand in the file and fee for English test

• Hand in your application form and accompanying for the Office directly or through the express mail.
• Torn, rumpled or inadequate documents are not accepted.
• Documents will not be returned.
• Do not hand in your original papers in the document.

Step 4: Test your English

• Candidates whose document is accepted will attend the English placement test.
• Candidates will be sent the further notice about school term.

Step 5: Begin the school term:

• Pay for school fee and attend class.
