The Center has strong collaborations with world-famous partners to offer a lot of globally-eminent educating and training courses. Box Hill Institute of TAFE – BHI located in Melbourne city, Victoria state, in the Southern Australia, is known as one of the leading institutes of Australia in the technical and technological training. BHI is proud of international quality with more than 40,000 local and international students annually at both on-campuses and offshore campuses (like in Singapore, Kuwait, China and Vietnam). More importantly, BHI is recognized as one of four heading TAFE universities in Australia with their educational innovation meeting the demands of industries and communities.

Hanoi Open University (HOU) is a government university operating within the system of state universities under the direct control of the Ministry of Education and Training. In its history of nearly 20 years, HOU has successfully completed its assigned mission and assured the high training quality with about 65,000 enrollments. HOU has so far located its main campuses in Hanoi and set up many satellite centers in almost all cities around Vietnam to provide tertiary training and research for learners with different forms of educations such as distance education, on-campus training, and international cooperation to meet the diversified demands of society.

Center for international training cooperation (CITC), established in 2000, is responsible for cooperation with international partners in a variety of training projects and programs of Hanoi Open University. For 10 years of operation, CITC has been proud of training nearly 3,000 graduates who were awarded advanced diploma certificates of different majors by Box Hill Institute of TAFE. The achievement of such graduates has inspired CITC to continuously develop and innovate.
